MillWorks coworking  is a 12,000 sq. ft. professional environment designed and developed to offer flexible, affordable office work space for entrepreneurs, telecommuters, remote workers, students, freelance workers, or anyone looking for a quiet, supportive, professional office work-space.

Workspace options include private offices, dedicated desks or flex desks in the open area. Two conference rooms and an event space are available for coworking  members, including Community Members.  Members will have access to high speed internet, on-line booking and payment services, secure access management, and state of the art audio/visual tools.

MillWorks coworking occupies 12000 square feet of space on the second floor of the East wing in the  Mill at Crane Pond complex.  This property, the former Steven’s Paper Mill, was purchased by Rocky Allen and his daughters in 1989. Over the past 30 years The Mill has been renovated in phases to become a thriving, economically viable business complex. The Mill at Crane Pond houses a number of social service agencies, a wellness spa, a fitness gym, a newly opened micro-brewery, a Polish pottery warehouse, a salon, photographic studios, a number of professional offices, and a newly renovated café.

The diversity of the Mill’s tenant mix, its historic architecture, and its location along the Little River and Crane Pond minutes from downtown Westfield makes it a desirable location for co-working space.
