A little bit about MillWorks…

MillWorks Co-Sharing WorkSpace  is a 10,000 sq. ft. co-working environment designed and developed to offer flexible, affordable work space for entrepreneurs, telecommuters, remote workers, students, and freelance workers.

Workspace options include private offices, dedicated desk space in the open area or flex desks in the open area. Three conference rooms and a event space will be available for co-worker members and also members of the community. Members will have access to state-of-the-art technology with high speed fiber internet, on-line booking and payment services, secure access management, and audio/ visual tools. The event space and conference rooms will be available for non-members also.

MillWorks Westfield occupies the only vacant space in the Mill at Crane Pond complex of 8 buildings. This property, the former Steven’s Paper Mill, was purchased by Rocky Allen and his daughters in 1989. Over the past 30 years The Mill has been renovated in phases to become a thriving, economically viable business complex. The Mill at Crane Pond houses a number of social service agencies, a wellness spa, a fitness gym, a newly opened micro-brewery, a Polish pottery warehouse, a salon, photographic studios, a number of professional offices, and a newly renovated café.

The diversity of the Mill’s tenant mix, its historic architecture, and its location along the Little River and Crane Pond minutes from downtown Westfield makes it a desirable location for co-working space.
